Learn to Meditate in Real Life, 8-week Class
So you’ve heard about how mindfulness and meditation can make you feel calmer, freer, less stressed and more alive. Maybe you’ve dabbled here and there, but have had trouble creating a real habit. Maybe you haven’t tried at all because it seems so, well, easy but hard. This is the class for you! Through actual practice, we will learn:
5 different ways to meditate (unique techniques, not just breath focus);
How to meditate while you’re waiting in line, falling asleep, in a meeting, brushing your teeth, walking around, doing the dishes…. in your real life!
How meditation changes your brain for the better;
How to create a life-long habit.
This is a Zoom course, on Mondays from 5 - 6pm Central (6-7pm Eastern, 3-4pm Pacific), starting January 11th. We will meet for 8 weeks, until March 1st, 2021. Classes will be recorded in case you need to miss one.
The cost for the entire program is $150. Don’t let cost be a barrier! If you can’t afford the fee, just indicate that in the “Messages” field below. This course uses Unified Mindfulness curriculum and teaching strategies. Georgia Jones is a Unified Mindfulness Level 2 Coach.
